It could be right for you if you want to uncover, explore and learn about:

  • Your relationship with stress, coping resources, and overall satisfaction
  • An action plan to reduce stress and increase satisfaction

If you are looking for a more productivity based programme then our Time Management and Productivity course is probably better suited for you.

Whether you choose individual coaching or join me for our one-day Stress and Time Management course we follow my programme where you learn proven and practical stress and coping skills that actually work and that you can start using on the day.

Other stress and coping programmes primarily focus on using personal coping strategies such as exercise, nutrition and self-esteem building to deal with stress.

This programme works in a slightly different way and concentrates on four key areas that relate to both stress management and coping skills and time management.

  1. Problem Solving
  2. Communication
  3. Support and grounding
  4. Flexibility

You learn how to:

  • Address difficult situations and make positive changes to resolve them
  • Effectively share ideas and emotions
  • Develop a core grounding that builds resilience
  • Be more able to adapt to changing circumstances

You get a manual with your own customised report as well as learning practical stress and time management tools and techniques that work!

Now, I need to be honest here before you make the next move. This is not going to be easy for everyone.

You really need to be sure you want to make a difference in your stress and management. Don’t do this course for the certificate, however good it might look next to the folder on the shelf. Do it because you want to make a difference in your life.

So what are you waiting for?
We can run this training at your organisation or at our own premises.
