When Social Enterprise West Midlands (SEWM) were looking for a feasibility study to identify new market opportunities for future sustainability they chose us from a shortlist of providers to work on the project.
To identify whether and how SEWM could continue to provide Social Enterprise strategy and support as a strong voice of Social Enterprise in the West Midlands, after their government funding ends.
A presentation to the advisory board in October 2010 and a detailed report of not just what to do but how to do it. The project and report were developed with full input and co-operation from the team and stakeholders.
