Marketing Manager

A unique opportunity to join a friendly hard working, team based in Digbeth Birmingham, that supports adults and young people access free Counselling and well-being services.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director this role is suitable for a marketing graduate or somebody with at least two years experience of working in a client focused marketing role.

About you

Strong verbal and written communications skills to enable the creation of blog articles, videos and social media posts.

Knowledge of how to use some of the following in a business capacity; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube, Linkedin and WordPress. Further training will be provided.

Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and effective scheduling

Ability to work in a systemised approach, suggesting improvements that could be made to current systems

Results orientated approach to enable effective reporting on engagement and conversion

Self-motivated with a positive approach to work and genuine desire to support local people

Attend local meetings to promote our products and services

Good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel. We will train you to use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and social media management tools.

Although not essential, current knowledge of google analytics, google ads and re-targeting.

About the job

Based in Digbeth

37.5 hours Monday to Friday with flexible start 8-10am and end times 4-6pm

5 Weeks holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
