Full-time 37.5 hours. Based in Digbeth, Birmingham. (Option to work 50% from home)
Day to Day tasks
- Deal with in-coming calls from potential and existing clients
- Solving queries and questions by email, phone, and letter
- Work with our Volunteers and Counsellors to deal with their queries and action their requests
- Record information on our Customer Relationship Management System
- Signpost clients to other local services where appropriate
Must be able to
- Work in an organised way to implement an established system/process
- Use Microsoft Word and excel
- Be a client focused ‘problem solver’
- Be punctual and have good time management
- Work as part of a positive ‘can-do’ team committed to supporting our clients in their mental health recovery
Salary and Benefits
- Full Time 37.5 Hours a week (Work flexibly between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday
- £18,525 per annum
- 5 weeks holiday per year + 8 Bank Holidays.

- Permanent role reporting to the Operations Director
- Office based (Digbeth B94AT) or 50/50 home and office base
- Interviews in person at the Custard Factory, Digbeth on Wednesday 2nd

We deliver 20,000 Counselling Sessions a year.
