Reporting directly to the Operations Director. This role is suitable for a graduate or somebody with at least two years experience of working in a client focused role.
Operations Manager role: About you
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
To enable the effective and efficient dealing with in-bound queries by phone, email queries via our website.
Attention to detail.
Ensuring replies are prioritised and efficiently resolved
Ability to work in a systemised approach.
Suggesting improvements that could be made to current systems
Problem solving approach.
Ensuring a client focused service enabling young people and adults to access our counselling services.
Self-motivated with a positive approach
to work and genuine desire to support local people
Good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
We will train you to use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
About the Operations Manager role
Based in Digbeth
37.5 hours Monday to Friday and with flexible start 8-10am and end times 4-6pm
5 Weeks holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
Citizen Coaching is a not for profit Social Enterprise. We started in 2005 providing 20,000 counselling sessions a year to adults and young people in Birmingham.
